The Low Carbon Partnership

Who we are

The Low Carbon Partnership (TLCP) is a consortium of the UK’s most experienced renewable energy companies.

Led by Dulas Ltd in Mid Wales and Sundog Energy Ltd in Penrith, TLCP is at the forefront of the small-scale renewable energy industry.

What we do

TLCP is a Framework Supplier for the government’s £50 million "public buildings" grant scheme, Low Carbon Buildings: Phase 2. This means we deliver high specification renewable energy systems to the public and charitable sectors at subsidised prices.

If you are a school, university, hospital, council, museum, library a charity or any other public sector body, we want to work with you.

TLCP won the government's tender to become a Framework Supplier as each company has an excellent reputation for quality, safety and competitiveness.

Our experience

Together the members of the TLCP have approaching 100 years experience of the renewable energy market, over 1,400 solar PV and wind installations and over 6,000 solar thermal installations worldwide. We bring together the best advice, design and installation capacity in the market.

When installing a renewable energy system with us you will only receive quality and reliable products from well-known, leading manufacturers, such as Sharp, Kyocera, BP, Proven and Iskra.

We can provide support for each aspect of your project – from funding application to power-up – and help you maximize the in-use and educational benefits of your renewable energy system.

The technologies delivered by TLCP and covered by Phase 2 include:
Solar PV (photovoltaics for generating electricity)
Wind Turbines (for generating electricity)
Solar Thermal (for water heating)
